Why not Eggs

You've heard of egg shampoos before, right? They're good for the hair.
You've heard of my scrambled eggs before, right? Theye're very tasty.
Let's get cooking...

Servings: 1

Need:
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup of milk
- Sautéed Shallot
- Salt

Do:

- In a nonstick skillet, sauté some firsthand shallot. These will add the vegetable to breakfast and enhance the flavor of your scrambled eggs.
- In a bowl, crack the eggs and pour in the milk. Stir until a light yellow.
- Pour in the mixture over the shallot.
- Let the whole thing cook for a minute and then gently “toy” with the egg in the pan with a spatula. Shove the mixture back and forth.
- Once the eggs have “formed” into a pretty-much liquid free mountain, stop pushing it around and let it cook for about two minutes on a high setting.
- Turn the pan off and spoon the eggs onto a plate and salt them before serving.

Surround the eggs with washed and cut in season berries and enjoy your fruit, as well.
